The Avengers Intro
Introducing the comic book Avengers heros, the Avengers forever film and the various spin-offs
and characters like the New Avengers and Ultimate Avengers as part of general details of the Avengers introductions.
Set in the near future, these comic film Avengers
defend the world against the most dangerous villains. Not unlike the orginal BBC TV series, the Avengers
introduce the Emma Peel and John Steed style of characters into their comic book roles. There are about 13 of
these animated cartoon films which can be purchased through the links opposite.

Other comic books which have featured original Avengers material in the UK is the rare and unusual "The Avengers",
published by Thorpe and Porter in 1966 and across the Atlantic, "Steed and Mrs Peel", which was co-published by
the UK-based ACME comics and American company Eclipse in the late nineteen-eighties.

and readers can select and bid for any number which are fast becoming collectors items. They are often sold in lots af 20'ish
bundles and give the readers the Avengers introduction needed to understand all the subsequent follow up characters
and cartoon heros with their various spin off characters. It's a hard job keeping up !
